After you complete your booking and make your first payment, you will receive a confirmation email from me that includes your booking dates and digital guidebook that includes the location, transportation info and more.
Your second and final payment is due 1 week before your check-in date.
Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 11 am. It’s possible to check in early, however there is no guarantee. It depends on how quickly housekeeping can finish up. However, you can leave your bags at the front desk and explore the area. There are over 30+ restaurants and bars within walking distance. Late check is available for a $50 up to 1:00 pm.
We don’t provide this service, however, there is link in the digital guidebook that we recommend.
Housekeeping will come every other day and clean the condo, change out the towels and linens and remove trash. This is free of charge, but please tip.
Our property is gated with 24 hr security guards and cameras in common areas.
For security reasons, all guests must register and provide and ID. Guests are required to wear a wristband so unregistered guests do not enter the property.
You can receive a full refund up to 14 days before you arrive. See hurricane stipulations below.
A hurricane is a storm that produces sustained winds of 74 miles per hour or more.
Before Arrival: If there is a hurricane headed toward Cancun, and your flight is cancelled and the hurricane HITS Cancun, I will give you a credit towards a future stay.
During Stay: If the hurricane hits Cancun while you are staying in our condo, we will give you a credit for the days the hurricane existed in Cancun.
Any other reasons for cancellations are out of my control, for example, cancelled or delayed flights.
