604AB condo has two bedrooms and two private bathrooms with a kitchen and everything you need to cook simple meals including a fridge, stovetop, coffee machine, microwave, glasses, silverware, kitchen utensils, cleaning service every other day. The first bedroom has two queen beds, a full size futon, a wrap around balcony with views of Cancun Beach for miles. The room also has the kitchen, dining and living area as well as a connected bathroom.

The second bedroom has one queen bed and a pull out sofa bed as well as a full size bathroom.  The gated property is well maintained and secure with guards 24 hr per day.

Coco Bongo Beachclub is located next door and is open Monday -Friday 2pm – 6pm and occasionally on Friday and Saturday nights. The music can be heard. *Note hours of operation are subject to change during Spring Break in March.
