This Cancun condo is an oceanfront penthouse directly on the Beach and completely redesigned to maximize and expand the helicopter view of the ocean and lagoon for miles. Voted Best View in Cancun! Penthouse 4AB is a 1,400 sq foot, two story, penthouse and sits at the tip of the Yucatan Peninsula delivering an enchanting view of both the turquoise blue ocean waves, white sandy beaches and the lagoon, all at the same time, from every single room!

The Space
We recently completed a massive redesign and construction of this penthouse unit featuring an open concept layout with luxurious finishes throughout and everything you would find in a home including new shiny floors, freshly painted walls, huge new windows, a 10 foot island in the kitchen with granite countertops and all new appliances (stove top, sink, faucets, cabinets, oven, dishwasher), upgraded bathrooms, and not to mention all brand new furniture.

It’s located directly on Cancun Beach, in the heart of the hotel zone, on the same block as all of popular restaurants, bars and nightlife. Please note, we are in the heart of the hotel zone near nightclubs, bars and restaurants.

Condo Layout: Downstairs

• Kitchen: Oven, stove top, fridge, microwave, water dispenser, pots, pans, coffee maker, utensils , blender, toaster
• Living Room: Sits 4 comfortably
• Wrap Around Balcony: Large corner balcony with unbelievable views of the ocean and Cancun Beach for miles!
• Bedroom and Bathroom: Sleeps 2 on a full size futon.  Balcony facing lagoon and oceanview

Upstairs

• Bedroom: Sleeps 2 on a king size bed and queen that pulls out underneath. Large window for mesmerizing views of the ocean, beach and lagoon. *Blackout curtains installed
• Bathroom: Stand up shower and view of the lagoon.

Located in the center of the hotel zone, you are walking distance to 20+ restaurants, several nightclubs, a premium grocery store, sign up for all of the tourist activities right on the beach or in the parking lot of the condo.

***Coco Bongo Beach Club is located next door and is open 2pm -6pm. Occasionally it is open on Friday and Saturday nights and you will be able to hear the music. Note, hours subject to change during Spring Break in March***

Honestly if I could do it again and again I would stay in same unit. The best view. Both ocean view and lagoon view. Right 1 min away from coco bongo the best spot to be. I can’t wait to come back. I really really enjoyed the place

Nicole's hospitality, availability and great communication skills made the stay in her condo a very relaxing experience. The unit was everything the pictures showed and more. The view was outstanding with the prettiest blue water we've ever seen. The location was also perfect, being close to many restaurants and entertainment without needing an automobile. The check-in was quick and easy and the security on the property was very attentive and friendly. Overall a great experience and one we'd highly recommend to anyone wanting a place to stay in Cancun!

Kids loved surfing with Good Vibes surf school. Walkable to many restaurants which was nice. The condo is exactly as described. Nicole is responsive and front desk is lovely. We were happy with our stay. Some considerations for you; The pool is not nice (older, no view of ocean), The central location means some trash on beach and a few nights that music was louder than sound machine on loudest setting, The condo is more hotel room than airbnb (no coffee filters, no paper towels, napkins).

I cannot stress enough this is place to book if your are wanting a Top Tier luxury spot in Cancun, The Views are amazing, the home is amazing, from the high pressure showers to the full kitchen, to the huge window overlooking the ocean and the skyline. I personally always try and do it big when I travel and I can say this is one of the the nicest AirBnbs I have been too. If your looking for a fun time with friends or solo, this location is walking distance from everything you could need and is located right on the strip. I would recommend this 10/10. We stayed here for the view and access to the beach, and we were not disappointed. The penthouse balcony and views are exceptional. There is a lot to do/see in the area and Nicole was an excellent hostess. Note: The location is next to the Coco Bongo club, which played loud music throughout the day and into the night. This could be a good or a bad thing depending on what kind of experience you are looking for in Cancun.
