Honestly if I could do it again and again I would stay in same unit. The best view. Both ocean view and lagoon view. Right 1 min away from coco bongo the best spot to be. I can’t wait to come back. I really really enjoyed the place

Great condo with amazing views in the heart of the hotel zone. I highly recommend staying here when in the Cancún area.

Nicole's hospitality, availability and great communication skills made the stay in her condo a very relaxing experience. The unit was everything the pictures showed and more. The view was outstanding with the prettiest blue water we've ever seen. The location was also perfect, being close to many restaurants and entertainment without needing an automobile. The check-in was quick and easy and the security on the property was very attentive and friendly. Overall a great experience and one we'd highly recommend to anyone wanting a place to stay in Cancun!

Kids loved surfing with Good Vibes surf school. Walkable to many restaurants which was nice. The condo is exactly as described. Nicole is responsive and front desk is lovely. We were happy with our stay. Some considerations for you; The pool is not nice (older, no view of ocean), The central location means some trash on beach and a few nights that music was louder than sound machine on loudest setting, The condo is more hotel room than airbnb (no coffee filters, no paper towels, napkins).

I cannot stress enough this is place to book if your are wanting a Top Tier luxury spot in Cancun, The Views are amazing, the home is amazing, from the high pressure showers to the full kitchen, to the huge window overlooking the ocean and the skyline. I personally always try and do it big when I travel and I can say this is one of the the nicest AirBnbs I have been too. If your looking for a fun time with friends or solo, this location is walking distance from everything you could need and is located right on the strip. I would recommend this 10/10. We had a very pleasant stay. The view is beautiful and the location is excellent, just one block from the Cancun party center.

We stayed here for the view and access to the beach, and we were not disappointed. The penthouse balcony and views are exceptional. There is a lot to do/see in the area and Nicole was an excellent hostess. Note: The location is next to the Coco Bongo club, which played loud music throughout the day and into the night. This could be a good or a bad thing depending on what kind of experience you are looking for in Cancun.
