You will have plenty of room to make yourself at home in this two story, 700 sq ft Penthouse equipped with a kitchen, dining table, 2 bathrooms, 1 king bed and 2 queens.

Coco Bongo Beach club can be seen from your balcony and is open Monday – Friday 1pm-6pm. It’s also occasionally open on Friday and Saturday evenings until late. This is not a quiet area. The music can be heard. Hours are subject to change during Spring Break (March 1 – 31st). If you are looking for a quiet vacation, this location will not meet those requirements.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire property and also direct access to the beach. Literally just walk out of the lobby and onto the sand!

Our pool features umbrellas, sun bathing lounge chairs and a restaurant offering breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and great frozen drinks.

Guests must wear bracelets that are provided upon registering for security reasons. Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

Interaction:
I’m your host, CancunNicole ®, and owner of the condo! I respond very quickly through the app or by text. Our front desk is open 24 hours a day and can assist with requests and maintenance issues.

Other things to note:
Once you book I will send you a digital guidebook that includes the address, driving directions, transportation information and recommendations for the area.

The Salvia, where our condo is located, was built in 1984 and is older, however its well maintained for Mexico. All of the eligible Airbnb’s in the area are the same age. We chose to renovate this unit because of the incredible views and location.
